About Jann
Veteran Restaurateur, Celebrity Caterer, Birmingham native, mother of six, and lover of cheese, Jann Robinson is the agency principal and chief risk/insurance advisor at ASTORIA RMS. Jann began her insurance career as a management intern at Torchmark Corporation’s Liberty National Life Insurance Company. Twenty-five years later, after a memorable experience as Marketing Manager at Farmers Insurance, Jann started the Independent P&C Agency ASTORIA RMS.
With her Liberty National foundation, coupled with know-how as a mom of six, Jann has an uncanny ability to see the little things that others may miss. These skills are just what the insurance industry demands: solving problems, visualizing, and preparing for both the expected and the unexpected. With a business mission firmly based on the expressive customer service style that has guided Jann throughout her career, Jann employs these service principles as a risk management and insurance professional.
